Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These terms govern use of the public Balpay website. Product services are governed by separate agreements presented during onboarding.

Information, not an offer

Website content is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, a binding offer, or a promise that any account, card or feature will be approved or available.

Eligibility and onboarding

Balpay is currently intended for selected business organisations. Access to services may require KYB/KYC checks, eligibility review, security setup, partner approval and acceptance of separate terms, fees and disclosures.

Regulated partners

Regulated services, where applicable, are provided by the authorised entity identified during onboarding and in the service agreement. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as BAL PAY S.A. claiming a regulatory status that has not been expressly stated and verified.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively or use its content unlawfully.

Intellectual property and links

Balpay names, branding, text and design are protected to the extent permitted by law. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their operators control their own content and policies.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but may update, suspend or withdraw content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAL PAY S.A. is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on this public information. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.

Law and contact

These website terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply. Questions: support@balpay.eu.
